Key Accompanied Viewer

We are currently seeking a professional Key Accompanied Viewer to be on the road showing off our homes in their best possible light – There may be some administration duties when viewings are not required but this is a secondary role.

The successful candidate must be confident, enthusiastic and dedicated in maintaining the level of service associated with our company. You will be brilliantly presented, personable and have the ability to win business and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Type: Part Time, Permanent (Rota will be provided a month in advance)

Location: Based at 236-238 Ormeau Road, Belfast

Salary:
Hourly Salary - Depending on Experience
Company car provided
Bonus opportunities

Hours:                                      
Mon – Fri 10.30 am to 7.30 pm – Saturday 10 am – 1 pm – Sunday Show Home Open Viewings

The Role / Job:
Work with a proactive approach, using your own initiative constantly looking for business opportunities
A good knowledge of Greater Belfast and the surrounding areas is essential
Applicants should have an outgoing and confident personality
Excellent communication and inter personal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work extremely busy office environment
You should have a sales experience background
Clean, current valid UK Driving Licence is essential
