Our Let Only Service includes the following:

  • Appraisal and Professional Marketing of your property across the internet and within our office
  • Supply of a To Let board
  • Sourcing a tenant
  • Fully managed tenant viewings
  • Tenant Vetting - including obtaining references, bank statements, employer references, obtaining a guarantor and previous landlord references.
  • Completion of tenancy agreement
  • Inventory recorded and photographed

  • Arranging the check-in of the tenant at the start of the tenancy

Our Management package includes all Let Only, and:

We specialise in Landlord Insurance

Landlords' Buildings and Contents Insurance is designed specifically for people who own Buy-to-let property. It is different to normal household insurance as it allows a third party to live in your property. A rental property, covered by an ordinary residential policy, is not protected.

Michael Chandler's landlords have access to our unique insurance packages. These include specialist rent and legal protection insurance, building insurance and contents insurance.

  • Optional Malicious Damage by Tenant for Buildings and Contents Cover - cover for intentional damage to your Buildings and Contents caused by your tenant (not available with unfurnished contents)
  • Loss of rental income following damage, cover for additional expenditure to avoid loss or reduction in rental income - including alternative accommodation
