Three Agreed and a fantastic bidding war this week!

Just like the good old days!! This week we had great fun in the office and made some of our clients very happy.. for the first time in ages a property received a huge number of bids and was finally agreed a substantial amount over its original asking price. The blue skys and sunshine must be putting buyers in the mood!  -  We are now praying for a hot summer!
